Established in 2006, we have built a rapid growing network of locations at the world’s leading airports across the United States, United Kingdom and Middle East. Under our brands The Club, Club Aspire, Chase Sapphire LoungeSM by The Club, No1 Lounges, sleep ’n fly and Ambaar Club,

together with over 50 airport and airline partners have delivered an award-winning hospitality experience to millions of travelers. Under the leadership of a team with over 30 years’ experience in hospitality, airlines, airline lounges, and the food and beverage industry, we are looking to explore new dimensions in travel experiences designed around the next generation traveler. We have expanded our physical offering for travelers with sleep ’n fly the sleep lounge experts offering travelers a personal space for a peaceful sleep and using the latest technologies, we have invested in driving revenue growth for airports and increasing traveler satisfaction with the launch of our digital service Connecta – a one-stop e-commerce and passenger loyalty platform.

Mignon Buckingham has 30 years’ experience in business strategy, development and management. She has played a significant part in the growth of Airport Dimensions’ parent company Collinson for over 20 years, the majority of which as a board director. Most recently she held the position of corporate strategy and development officer, leading Collinson’s expansion and investment in the airport sector, including driving investments in digital experience start-ups and propositions, a role she continues to retain. Prior to this she led Collinson’s’ global loyalty marketing agency expertise, formerly ICLP, as managing director, developing Collinson’s international footprint and overseeing a team of more than 600 people in 15 global locations with the goal of creating more loyalty and profitable relationships for clients.

Nancy is responsible for Airport Dimensions Americas. She brings 32 years experience with American Airlines holding leadership positions in major US markets, Hong Kong and Tokyo. In her role as Managing Director Asia Pacific and Japan, she gained valuable experience and insight into the aviation industry in 12 countries through Asia, India, Australia and Japan. Nancy was President of the airline’s Admirals Club and Premium Lounge company and Managing Director of the Premium Services Division.

Errol is responsible for Airport Dimensions’ Rest of World business. A commercial leader with over 20 years’ experience growing businesses in multiple sectors across the world, Errol was a key member of the management team that led the development and growth of the highly successful Priority Pass business globally.  In his current role, Errol leads the fast growing Rest of World business with a strong focus on  working with strategic partners to develop and deliver innovative propositions focused on the frequent traveler.
