By entering any Lounge, all customers, including those members with Priority Pass or LoungeKey and their permitted guests, online bookings, or walk-up access, (each such individual, “you”) acknowledge and agree that these terms and conditions (these “Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you and Airport Dimensions Peru SAC (“AD”). Please review these Terms carefully, as your entry into and use of any Lounge is subject to all rules, terms, and conditions set by AD, including these Terms.
AD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THESE TERMS, OR ANY OTHER RULES, TERMS, OR CONDITIONS RELATED TO THE LOUNGES, AT ANY TIME AND WITHOUT NOTICE. ANY SUCH MODIFICATIONS SHALL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY AND DEEMED INCORPORATED INTO THESE TERMS. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF ANY LOUNGE SHALL BE DEEMED YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND ANY SUCH MODIFICATIONS.
ADMISSION GENERALLY
Admission to a Lounge is subject to the following:
• If the Lounge Operator permits a guest to extend their stay, additional charges may apply,cand any such additional charges must be paid by the guest directly to the applicable Lounge.
• Lounge Lite: If you leave the Lounge prior to the expiration of your allotted window, and subsequently return to the Lounge, the Lounge Operator may permit you to re-access the Lounge for no fee, subject to availability (waitlist may apply). In such case, you will only be permitted to re-access the Lounge for the period of time remaining in your allotted window. If you leave the Lounge after expiration of your allotted window, and subsequently return to the Lounge, you may re-enter the Lounge as a new guest, subject to availability (waitlist may apply) and payment of any fees for re-entry.
• Sleep Units: Once you have checked out of a sleep unit, re-entry will not be permitted without a new reservation. This is because the unit will undergo cleaning and linen replacement upon check-out, and any re-entry would require a new booking and payment of applicable fees.
• Access to a Lounge is subject to availability at the time of request and may be subject to charges.
• Guests that have a Priority Pass membership or a Lounge Key will receive complimentary visit to sleep ’n fly as per selected accommodation option.
• Airline personnel accessing the Lounge via Priority Pass or LoungeKey membership may access Lounges, subject to the terms applicable to other Lounge guests, provided that such personnel have a valid boarding pass for an outbound flight departing within 12 hours.
• Priority Pass and LoungeKey guests seeking entrance to a Lounge must present a valid boarding pass for an outbound flight departing within 12 hours.
By accessing a Lounge, you agree to abide by these Terms, as well as any other specific terms, conditions, and/or rules of the applicable Lounge that are provided, displayed, or otherwise made available at the Lounge (collectively, the “Lounge Rules”). For the avoidance of doubt, the following Lounge Rules apply to all Lounges (and any Suites):
• All minors (under the age of 18) must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children under the age of two (2) will be admitted free of charge for accommodation (subject to availability and physical space) in Lounge Lite, a Family or Bunk Cabin or a FlexiSuite Pod only together with min. one adult, the Nap Pod only accommodates strictly one person.
• Guests must behave and dress in an appropriate manner.
• Authorized service animals, pets, and emotional support animals are permitted in Lounge Lite only. AD may prohibit animals in certain areas of any Lounge. Authorized service animals are permitted in front of the self-service beverage counter, but all other animals must be kept in appropriate pet carrier at all times while in a Lounge. Animals are not permitted on the furniture in the Lounges. Animals must not engage in disruptive behavior, such as roaming freely, barking, or biting. Guests are responsible for all damage and disruption caused by their animals. The Lounge Operator reserves the right to ask owners to remove animals from the Lounges at their discretion.
• Guests must be respectful of other guests and be mindful of keeping noise to a reasonable level. Guests should wear headphones when using personal devices such as laptops, iPads, or video games, and should refrain from using the speaker feature on any personal device, including cellular telephones. Adults with accompanying minors are responsible for ensuring suitability of content downloaded, streamed, or viewed on devices in the Lounges. Some content on such devices may not be suitable for minors.
• Smoking cigarettes, pipes, cigars (including vapes/e-cigarettes), and the use of chewing or other smokeless tobacco products are strictly prohibited within the Lounges. Use of narcotics, drugs, or illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Violation of the no-smoking policy, or any other terms and conditions, may result in immediate eviction, without a refund.
• Use of heating and/or cooking electrical appliances are strictly prohibited.
• Guests in the Lounges must conduct themselves in an appropriate manner. Photography, video, and audio recordings of any person not in your travelling party is prohibited. Any invasive or disruptive behavior, including the streaming of inappropriate content (through gaming platforms/devices, or otherwise), is strictly prohibited. The Lounge Operator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove individuals from a Lounge for any reason, including in the event of inappropriate or invasive conduct.
The Lounge Operator may refuse or revoke any guest’s access to a Lounge if such guest fails to comply with the Lounge Rules, or such guest otherwise behaves in an inappropriate, abusive, violent, unlawful, disorderly, or otherwise disruptive manner. These decisions will be made by the Lounge Operator in its sole discretion, and no refund will be given in such circumstances.
The Lounge may display flight information, but none of AD, the Lounge Operator, or the Lounge shall have any obligation or responsibility to announce or inform you of your flight information or any changes thereto.
The Lounges offer guests certain services and amenities at no additional cost, or for an additional cost as indicated at the applicable Lounge (collectively, the “Amenities”). All Amenities: (i) are subject to availability, (ii) are available on a first come, first served basis, and (iii) may not be reserved in advance. Such Amenities may include:
• High-speed Wi-Fi
• Unlimited hot and cold beverages from self-service counter
• Shower Facilities*
* Available at extra cost and subject to availability
If it is determined that damage has occurred to an Accommodation Unit or the Lounge’s public areas or parts thereof during your stay, a fee will be assessed according to the extent and/or severity of the damage. If any items are missing from the Lounge or any Accommodation Unit after your stay, you will be charged accordingly for those items. If a Lounge or Accommodation Unit is left in such a condition that additional cleaning above and beyond our normal cleaning procedures is required, an additional fee will also be assessed according to the amount of additional cleaning required.
Please contact AD for details on fees to access the Lounge. Debit and credit cards are the only accepted forms of payment. In the event your payment is declined, AD reserves the right to deny you access to the Lounge. AD may also charge your card for losses sustained for damage to the Lounge property caused by you.
Prices are shown in US Dollars. Due to fluctuating exchange rates, the price on your credit card bill may be different from the local currency quoted at time of purchase.
All prices are inclusive of taxes and service charges.
AD and the Lounge Operator are not responsible for products or services separately offered by third parties and made available at any Lounge (“Third Party Offerings”). AD has no control over such Third-Party Offerings and accepts no responsibility for any Third-Party Offerings or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of any Third Party Offerings. If you decide to access, purchase, or otherwise use any Third-Party Offerings, you do so entirely at your own risk.
AD’s name, the names of the Lounges, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of AD, or their applicable affiliates or licensors. You must not use or reproduce such marks in any manner, including in print or digital media, without the prior written permission of AD and/or the applicable affiliate or licensor. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans displayed at or otherwise used in connection with a Lounge are the trademarks of their respective owners. AD provide no representation regarding your ability to use or reproduce such third party trademarks and encourages you to seek permission for any usage from the appropriate parties.
Advance Online Reservations or Pre-Bookings at Our Reception Counter
We offer a full refund for cancellations made up to two (2) calendar days prior to the scheduled check-in date. Refunds will only be processed through the original mode of payment. Please allow up to four (4) weeks for the refund transfer to be completed.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than two (2) calendar days before the check-in date or in cases of no-shows. For example, if your reservation is for check-in at 01:30 on December 10, you can cancel free of charge until 23:59 local time on December 7.
Unless you notify our Lounge team of a potential or actual flight delay, your booking will only be held for one (1) hour after the scheduled check-in time. After this period, your reservation will be considered a no-show, and all accommodations will be released without any refund.
Neither AD nor the Lounge Operator will be liable for bookings made for an incorrect or inaccessible lounge. Once a booking has expired, it cannot be redeemed, rescheduled, or used in any way.
We encourage you to carefully review all booking details to ensure accuracy and avoid any inconvenience.
AD and the Lounge Operator will not be liable for any bookings made for an incorrect or inaccessible Lounge. Except as otherwise set forth herein, all Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once your Booking has expired, it may not be redeemed, used, or rescheduled.
Please note that cancellations received more than 180 days after payment may incur additional third-party (e.g. PayPal) charges, which are beyond our control.
To prevent online fraud, we reserve the right to conduct random credit card verification checks. If you are making an online reservation on behalf of another person and are not part of the traveling party, we may request proof of address, as well as a copy of your credit card and/or a recent statement via email.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AD and the Lounge Operations, and their respective affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (i) your violation of these Terms, (ii) your use of or access to any Lounge (including any Accommodation Unit, as applicable), including, but not limited to, any use of a Lounge’s services and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, (iii) your use or misuse of any Third Party Offerings, or (iv) any damage or injury to persons or property caused by you or any animal/pet you bring into a Lounge.
YOUR USE OF OR ACCESS TO ANY LOUNGE OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH A LOUNGE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE LOUNGES(INCLUDING THE AMENITIES) AND ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH A LOUNGE ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NONE OF AD, , OR ANY LOUNGE OPERATOR, OR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH AD, OR ANY LOUNGE OPERATORREPRESENTS OR WARRANTS THAT ANY LOUNGE, AMENITIES, OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH A LOUNGE WILL MEET YOUR NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, AD AND THE LOUNGE OPERATOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL AD OR THE LOUNGE OPERATOR, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH: (I) YOUR USE OF OR ACCESS TO, OR INABILITY TO USE OR ACCESS, ANY LOUNGE, THIRD PARTY OFFERINGS, OR AMENITIES, DUE TO AD’S FAILURE TO HONOR A BOOKING OR OTHERWISE, OR (II) ANY DEFECT OR OTHER ISSUE IN ANY AMENITIES.
You fully and forever release and discharge AD and the Lounge Operator from any and all injuries, death, disability, or property damage arising out of or attributable to your use and/or access to any Lounge, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You are responsible for your personal belongings. AD and the Lounge Operator disclaim liability and responsibility for any property that is lost, stolen, or damaged at a Lounge.
You hereby consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary if you are injured or require medical attention while present at a Lounge. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for all costs related to such medical treatment and any related medical transportation and/or evacuation. You hereby release, forever discharge, and hold harmless AD and the Lounge Operator from any claim based on such treatment or other medical services.
All matters relating to these Terms or a Lounge, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Peru.
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or any Lounge shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in the City and County where the applicable Lounge is located, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts, including waiver of any claim that suit in such court is improper and/or that such court is an inconvenient forum.
No waiver by AD of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of AD to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. You may not assign any of your rights, or delegate any of your obligations, hereunder.
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
AD and the Lounge Operator and each of their respective affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns, shall not be liable or responsible to you or any third party, or be deemed to have defaulted under or breached these Terms, for any failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any term of these Terms, when and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by or results from acts beyond such party’s control, including, without limitation, the following: (a) acts of God; (b) flood, fire, earthquake, epidemics, pandemics, or explosion; (c) war, invasion, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), terrorist threats or acts, riot or other civil unrest; (d) government order, law, or actions; (e) embargoes or blockades; (f) national or regional emergency; (g) strikes, labor stoppages or slowdowns, or other industrial disturbances; (h) telecommunication breakdowns, power outages or shortages, lack of warehouse or storage space, inadequate transportation services, or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials; and (i) other events beyond the control of such party.
As used in these Terms, the following capitalized terms used herein shall have the following meanings:
• “Booking” " means your confirmed reservation for access to a Lounge, effective once payment is made or a membership card is swiped in accordance with these Terms.
• “Booking Confirmation” means a valid confirmation of a Booking.
• “Lounge” “Lounge” means any airport lounge that is owned, operated, or managed by AD or its affiliates under the “sleep ’n fly” brand. The Lounge may offer different types of accommodation and seating options, including but not limited to:
o Lounge Lite (seating area access),
o FlexiSuite Pods,
o Family Cabins,
o Bunk Cabins, and
o Nap Pods.
o Collectively, the FlexiSuite Pods, Family Cabins, Bunk Cabins, and Nap Pods are referred to as “Sleep Units.”
• “Lounge Operator” means AD and its affiliates, any third party operator appointed by AD, and its and their respective personnel, affiliates, staff, and contractors providing services at the applicable Lounge.

Unless you notify our Lounge team of a potential or actual flight delay, your booking will only be held for one (1) hour after the scheduled check-in time. After this period, your reservation will be considered a no-show, and all accommodations will be released without any refund.
Neither AD nor the Lounge Operator will be liable for bookings made for an incorrect or inaccessible lounge. Once a booking has expired, it cannot be redeemed, rescheduled, or used in any way.
We encourage you to carefully review all booking details to ensure accuracy and avoid any inconvenience.
AD and the Lounge Operator will not be liable for any bookings made for an incorrect or inaccessible Lounge. Except as otherwise set forth herein, all Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once your Booking has expired, it may not be redeemed, used, or rescheduled.
Please note that cancellations received more than 180 days after payment may incur additional third-party (e.g. PayPal) charges, which are beyond our control.
To prevent online fraud, we reserve the right to conduct random credit card verification checks. If you are making an online reservation on behalf of another person and are not part of the traveling party, we may request proof of address, as well as a copy of your credit card and/or a recent statement via email.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AD and the Lounge Operations, and their respective affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (i) your violation of these Terms, (ii) your use of or access to any Lounge (including any Accommodation Unit, as applicable), including, but not limited to, any use of a Lounge’s services and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, (iii) your use or misuse of any Third Party Offerings, or (iv) any damage or injury to persons or property caused by you or any animal/pet you bring into a Lounge.
YOUR USE OF OR ACCESS TO ANY LOUNGE OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH A LOUNGE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE LOUNGES(INCLUDING THE AMENITIES) AND ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH A LOUNGE ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NONE OF AD, , OR ANY LOUNGE OPERATOR, OR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH AD, OR ANY LOUNGE OPERATORREPRESENTS OR WARRANTS THAT ANY LOUNGE, AMENITIES, OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH A LOUNGE WILL MEET YOUR NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, AD AND THE LOUNGE OPERATOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL AD OR THE LOUNGE OPERATOR, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH: (I) YOUR USE OF OR ACCESS TO, OR INABILITY TO USE OR ACCESS, ANY LOUNGE, THIRD PARTY OFFERINGS, OR AMENITIES, DUE TO AD’S FAILURE TO HONOR A BOOKING OR OTHERWISE, OR (II) ANY DEFECT OR OTHER ISSUE IN ANY AMENITIES.
You fully and forever release and discharge AD and the Lounge Operator from any and all injuries, death, disability, or property damage arising out of or attributable to your use and/or access to any Lounge, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You are responsible for your personal belongings. AD and the Lounge Operator disclaim liability and responsibility for any property that is lost, stolen, or damaged at a Lounge.
You hereby consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary if you are injured or require medical attention while present at a Lounge. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for all costs related to such medical treatment and any related medical transportation and/or evacuation. You hereby release, forever discharge, and hold harmless AD and the Lounge Operator from any claim based on such treatment or other medical services.
All matters relating to these Terms or a Lounge, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Peru.
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or any Lounge shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in the City and County where the applicable Lounge is located, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts, including waiver of any claim that suit in such court is improper and/or that such court is an inconvenient forum.
No waiver by AD of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of AD to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. You may not assign any of your rights, or delegate any of your obligations, hereunder.
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
AD and the Lounge Operator and each of their respective affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns, shall not be liable or responsible to you or any third party, or be deemed to have defaulted under or breached these Terms, for any failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any term of these Terms, when and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by or results from acts beyond such party’s control, including, without limitation, the following: (a) acts of God; (b) flood, fire, earthquake, epidemics, pandemics, or explosion; (c) war, invasion, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), terrorist threats or acts, riot or other civil unrest; (d) government order, law, or actions; (e) embargoes or blockades; (f) national or regional emergency; (g) strikes, labor stoppages or slowdowns, or other industrial disturbances; (h) telecommunication breakdowns, power outages or shortages, lack of warehouse or storage space, inadequate transportation services, or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials; and (i) other events beyond the control of such party.
As used in these Terms, the following capitalized terms used herein shall have the following meanings:
• “Booking” " means your confirmed reservation for access to a Lounge, effective once payment is made or a membership card is swiped in accordance with these Terms.
• “Booking Confirmation” means a valid confirmation of a Booking.
• “Lounge” “Lounge” means any airport lounge that is owned, operated, or managed by AD or its affiliates under the “sleep ’n fly” brand. The Lounge may offer different types of accommodation and seating options, including but not limited to:
o Lounge Lite (seating area access),
o FlexiSuite Pods,
o Family Cabins,
o Bunk Cabins, and
o Nap Pods.
o Collectively, the FlexiSuite Pods, Family Cabins, Bunk Cabins, and Nap Pods are referred to as “Sleep Units.”
• “Lounge Operator” means AD and its affiliates, any third party operator appointed by AD, and its and their respective personnel, affiliates, staff, and contractors providing services at the applicable Lounge.
